Fairness Hearing: August 11, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. and continued to September 7, 2016 at 1:45 p.m.
Effective Date: December 16, 2016 (the first day by which the Final Order and Judgment entered pursuant to the Settlement Agreement became final).
- For claims based on Exterior Meringue Deposits, Occlusions, or Inoperable Valves, Settlement Class Members must complete and submit a Claim Form and supporting documentation no later than December 13, 2019.
- For claims based on Leaks, Settlement Class Members must complete and submit a Claim Form and supporting documentation by March 13, 2017 or within ninety (90) days of the date of a leak in the Covered Product, whichever date is later.
- Property Damage claims covered by this Settlement Agreement must be submitted within two (2) years of the date the property damage occurred.
